Decomposing Trees

After much waiting and speculation, Splendour announced its first lineup this morning. A few bands weren't surprises, mainly Devo as headliners. Rumours of Band of Horses and Vampire Weekend had also been floating around before but no Verve or My Bloody Valentine unfortunately.

Out of the lineup there are a few bands I'd see at sideshows but it looks like Splendour won't be returning to the lineups that made me want to go every year when I was a teenager. A bit of a shame. At the moment I'm more wishing that I could go to this.
