Decomposing Trees

While I was in New York last year I was able to see one of Wordless Music series concerts. It was a great event that cut across the boundaries of musical genre in unconventional venues. To my excitement, I've just discovered some of the shows have been streamed by WNYC.

Some of the perfomrances include Jonny Greenwood's 'Popcorn Superhet Receiver for String Orchestra', Beirut, Sigur Rós and the Múm concert that I attended. I haven't listened to the second Múm show yet but I recall them saying on the night that they would be playing very different sets on each night.
